I can't say enough about the customer service at Waggoner Chocolates. I visited the camp location the intent of purchasing 10 lb of buckeyes for my daughter's wedding. When I got there the guest representative asked me questions that let her to realize I did not need 10 lb I only needed 6lbs. This saved me close to $80. I am grateful for the kindness and respect to doing a job well. It is refreshing to experience this nowadays. I will definitely return the next time I have a chocolate purchase.

I ordered a large box of chocolates and did not realize it could take a week or more to be shipped from the facility. When I contacted Customer Service to request a carrier/tracking # the day before my event, they acted very quickly and were able to ship my chocolates overnight so that they could still arrive on time. (*Note that if you need items in less than a week, customer service recommends calling or noting this on your order. They do offer different shipping options over the phone.) I am very pleased with the customer service provided and would use Waggoner Chocolates for future events/gifts. Thank you!

I went here today in search of Chocolates for Valentines Day! It was my first time in the store and I found the woman at the counter to be kind, helpful and friendly! She even showed me the no sugar added section! I am a diabetic, so that was also very helpful! She showed me the gourmet chocolates and I picked out some for my wife! She packaged them up very nicely and offered me a sample while she did so! As I said, I'm a diabetic! So I have a unique perspective when it comes to sweets! Folks, that sample set this place in stone! That was absolutely delicious! And dare I say, worth the Spike in blood sugar! now have a custom picked box of chocolates for my wife and I'm very happy! Overall I had an extremely positive experience here and will definitely be returning!
